He listened to me and allowed me be a part of the process. I also felt that he was not trying to rush through the consultation. It meant a great deal!

Mr Hassan explained everything clearly and concisely in what, for me, was a stressful meeting. I was given a contact number for any more queries I might have and a basic timescale as to when further investigations will be done. Good communication is so important and I really appreciated it.
